Lloyd Martinson

Lloyd Martinson manages Precision Systems, an IT staffing firm that he founded in 1995. Precision recruits technical talent as permanent employees and contractors.  It has over 100 consultants on staff at clients around the country.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University.

Along with his wife Katie, Lloyd has mentored engaged couples as part of pre-Cana, and spoken on marriage, parenting, and incorporating the faith into everyday life.  He loves to spend time with his family, particularly hiking and RVing to explore the beauty of God’s creation. Katie and Lloyd have 9 children and 2 grandchildren, and are parishioners of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Boonton.
